Free Memory Screening

Free Memory Screening, open to all Columbia County residents. Registration is required, call 608-742-9233. If you are interested in a memory screen but cannot make this date, call the ADRC of Columbia County at 608-742-9233 to set up an appointment. This is a wellness tool that helps identify possible changes in memory and cognition; it creates a baseline to track changes in memory.
