SUMMARY:St. Mary Golf Outing
DESCRIPTION:The St. Mary Golf Outing Committee is in the process of organizing our 17th annual golf outing for August 4\, 2013 at the Portage Country Club.  Our goal is to put together an enjoyable\, high quality event for those who participate\, and to raise money to continue to purchase technology equipment for the school and fund the Patty Quigley Scholarship.  This year we are looking to expand on last year's event in all areas of the tournament including sponsorships\, prizes and participants.  The purpose of this letter is to find out if you would be interested in participating in this year's outing as a Sponsor or Prize Donor either as a family or business.\n\n\n\nOur golf outing is a great opportunity for your business to gain exposure for itself while\, at the same time\, helping to support a very worthy cause.  As a family this is a great way to show your support of Catholic Education. \n\n\n\nIf you would like to participate\, we would greatly appreciate your support. Please see the enclosed form which gives you information on available levels of sponsorship. Checks can be made payable to "The St. Mary Golf Outing" and sent to 309 W. Cook St.\, Portage\, WI 53901 to the attention of Kari Caulum. \n\nIf you are unable to be a sponsor\, but would like to donate items that can be given away as prizes that is also appreciated.  \n\n \n\nThis year we would like to collect all donations/sponsorships by July 20\, 2013.  This will allow the Golf Committee to focus on making sure the day is a tremendous success and runs smoothly.  Someone will give you a follow up call in the next few weeks.
