SUMMARY:Spaghetti Feed & Silent Auction
DESCRIPTION:MOPS stands for Mothers of preschoolers.  We exist to help support mothers with children ages birth to six years old.  We have close to 50 moms with children that participate in the group.  Participation includes two meetings per month one of which has childcare provided.  Each meeting offers snacks\, speakers and small group time.  We do offer scholarships so that no mom will be denied access to the group.\n\n\n\nOn May 15th\, 2010 the Portage MOPS will be holding a spaghetti feed & silent auction at Grace Bible Church (our host church) to raise funds for the group.  This will help keep the cost of participation low for the moms as well as allow us to continue offering scholarships.  The auction will offer many handmade items from the community as well as business donated items such as a golf bag and passes to the Portage Golf and County Club.
