DESCRIPTION:Portage Center for the Arts is proud to sponsor the Sand County Fine Arts Festival at the Market Square in Historic Downtown Portage.  This is a juried outdoor exhibition for artists both amateur and professional. \n\n	\n\n	On display will be art in all mediums\, styles\, experimental and mixed techniques and creative schools of thought.  This is a fine arts exhibit and all work displayed should be for sale.  \n\n	\n\n	New this year will be a children's area.\n\n	\n\n	Portage Rotary Club will be offering Sample Craft Beers of Port Huron\, Tyranena and Ciderboys.  $4/glass\, pitchers available.  Wine samplings by 205 VINO.\n\n	\n\n	Relax\, Listen & Enjoy the live music and great food all day long.\n\n	\n\n	For further information\, contact Portage Center for the Arts\,  \n\n	301 E.
