DESCRIPTION:Portage Center for the Arts is proud to sponsor the Sand County Fine Arts Festival on Saturday\, July 7th from 10am   5pm at the Market Square in Historic Downtown Portage.  This is a juried outdoor exhibition for artists both amateur and professional.  On display will be art in all mediums\, styles\, experimental and mixed techniques and creative schools of thought.  This is a fine arts exhibit and all work displayed should be for sale.
