DESCRIPTION:The Portage Family Skate Park project-\n\n	You keep hearing about it\, but you may not know a lot about it. Why not come and see what all the excitement is about? On November 18 from 6-8 PM\, the Portage Public Library will be hosting a community presentation to do exactly that- show how you personally will benefit from its addition. We bet you haven't even realized all the positive ways the community will be impacted! We know you're curious\, so come let us show you! We want to get to know you\, answer your questions and even hear your concerns.\n\n	Have some ideas? We'd love you to share! As a community project\, we want your input and we want your insight. Are you a local business? Allow us to demonstrate how fundraising assistance impacts your business positively as well as the community.\n\n	We all say we want to make a difference\, but we don't always know how or even where to start.  Focusing on a family-oriented recreation area\, we can all help to keep our youth involved\, outdoors and in a monitored area.\n\n	So come on down to the library from 6-8 in the Bidwell Room. Stay for a little\, stay for a lot or even just pop in quick to meet us and see what we are about. Bring the kids and even the grandparents\, this is a project that is designed around family. We can't wait to meet you and show you our progress!
