DESCRIPTION:Pink Ribbon Angels Golf Fore Life 2017\n\nSaturday\, June 24 at Pine Trail Golf Course at Saddle Ridge.\n\n100% of the proceeds will go directly to the Pink Ribbon Angels. \n\nDonation Form     Golf Rules\n\n\n\nThe purpose of the Pink Ribbon Angels is to form a common desire to make a difference in the fight against breast cancer in Columbia County. Major financial support from businesses\, clubs\, private individuals and this major fundraising event have helped make their common desire a reality.\n\n \n\nSince 2005 we have helped Breast Cancer Patients with out of the pocket expenses to ensure the best care possible.  If you wish to support this year's event\, please choose one or more of the options below. We thank you for considering our organization for this event.\n\n \n\n OPTION 1: HOLE SPONSOR\n\n Bronze         $100.00\n\n Silver           $200.00\n\n Gold             $300.00 or more\n\n \n\n \n\nOPTION 2: PRIZE DONATION\n\nDonate a prize(s) in you or your business name.  Your name will also appear on the event sponsorship banner\, and in the Portage Daily Register.\n\n \n\nOPTION 3: GOLF\n\nIf you would like to sign up for the tournament\, we would for sure love to have you do that as well.\n\nCost for golf is $35.00 a person for 9 holes with cart and a lunch. This will be a 4-person Scramble and we plan to have 3 available shot gun starts. 9 am\, 12 pm and 3 pm.
