DESCRIPTION:This is a photography competition running from September 2010 through May 2011. Each month we will accept photo entries dealing with that month's subject. Winners will be by popular vote (donation of $1 per vote) and will receive 50% of the vote income. Winners will be announced prior to the next month's exhibit.\n\n\n\nFor further particulars\, including monthly subjects\, please contact the PCA office 608-742-5655 or portagecenterforthearts@frontier.com. March's subject is "Upside Down" and entries are due March 2\, 2011. Hours: Wed-Fri 1-6pm\, Sat 10-3pm.
