DESCRIPTION:Photos in the Foyer   for October:  Submission Deadline October 5.  We are pleased to once again present our Photos in the Foyer contest at the Portage Center for the Arts.  The September theme is "Cute Baby".  Entries are due October 5th and the exhibit and voting open October 7 through November 2\, 2011.  No entry fee   open to all ages.  Photos may be black & white or color.  One entry per person per month.  All entries must be submitted in a mat (no larger than 11 x 14".  Winner determined by popular vote.  Anyone can vote:  $1/vote.  Winner gets 50% of vote income.  Photos may be picked up at the end of each exhibit. Call 608-742-5655 for information.
