Masica said she is looking forward to the open house where several tenants will have their doors open for visitors to take a peek inside.\n\n  \n\nThe Phoenix renovations include work on the roof\, new exterior siding\, new windows and blinds\, new boilers\, new appliances\, fresh paint and new carpeting in hallways and common areas\, updated flooring in some apartments and the laundry room and a new overhead garage door in the underground parking area.\n\n \n\nThe Phoenix is located at 104 W.
