DESCRIPTION:Join us at Monk's at the Wilderness for a lunch and learn Wednesday\, 12/14.  This meeting is great for supervisors and managers.  Mike Baldwin of Madison College will be teaching us how a supervisor moves through four primary styles of leadership\, aligning his/her approach based upon the subject matter at hand and the development level (maturity) of the individual being led.  While each of us as leaders gravitate to a 'primary' style\, we can realize greater effectiveness in outcomes as we apply different methodologies to effectively manage diverse employee needs.\n\n11:15 am Registration\, Networking & Lunch\n\n11:30 am   1:00 pm Business Meeting\, and Program\n\n$25 covers the presentation and lunch\n\nContact Trina McVicker at trina.mcvicker@qtigroup.com by December 12th to RSVP.
