DESCRIPTION:They're back!!! Catch the Model T Speedsters as they tour around the Portage region. These interesting cars and their drivers are back in our area to enjoy a few of the attractions we have. The itinerary is provided below. The group enjoys talking cars and answering questions.\n\n\n\nWednesday\, July 6 6:00 pm \n\nWelcome Buffet at the Portage Pizza Ranch just down the street from the Super 8. \n\n\n\nThursday\, July 7    90-mile tour  Today's tour will take us to the Beaver Dam Race Track which is a one-third mile clay track in operation for over 50 years.  Every Saturday is race day.  We will have our morning coffee stop at the track and (weather permitting) we will be able to drive on the track and take photos.  Leaving the track we will drive to the Bayside Supper Club in Beaver Dam for a buffet lunch.  \n\n\n\nFriday\, July 8           114-mile tour          Our first stop today is the Big Cats Rescue.  Here you will be able to view the lions\, tigers and leopards.  Jeff & Jenny Kozlowski established the rescue in 2005.  Their goal is to provide a safe haven for these animals to live out their lives.  Here they can run\, play and relax as they please and receive plenty of love and attention. We will be having lunch at Schellter's Bar & Grill in LeLand.  \n\n\n\nSaturday\, July 9      72-mile tour    Today we will be driving in Amish country.  Our morning coffee stop will be at the Amish Bakery.  Enjoy the fresh-baked rolls and coffee.  We will provide a box lunch for you to enjoy on the Tour.  There are several shops here that provide goods that you cannot find anywhere else.  For example Woodside Harness Shop offers a variety of hand-made leather products such as leather belts and they can fabricate things such as hood hold-downs for Speedsters.\n\n\n\nSaturday\, July 9   Closing Dinner        6:00 pm\n\nWe will gather at The NorthShore Restaurant where we will enjoy a choice of prime rib or chicken for dinner.
