Essential Skills of Leadership: builds a foundation that enables managers to manage their team toward to a shared goal: achieving the organization's strategic objectives.  In this workshop\, participants will review video presentations\, practice new skills and receive immediate feedback. Participants will leave the session with resources to help them immediately apply their new skills on the job. Register online today for this workshop and spend time networking with other business professionals.
