Intense Behavior Supports will be provided at these sites.  These living supports include assisting the individuals in every aspect of their lives according to their Individualized Support Plans (ISP) with the goals of fostering increased independence\, choice\, and empowerment. Duties for the Direct Care Provider also include assisting in maintaining a clean and safe living environment and meal preparation\, as well as completion of various household duties.\n\n \n\n\nRequirements:\n\n\n	Minimum 18 years of age\n	Valid driver's license\n	Auto liability coverage\n	The following education\, experience\, and/or certifications would be an asset\, but are not required:\n	\n\n\n\n	Experience working with Intensive Behavioral Supports.\n	A sincere desire to provide individualized supports to persons with developmental disabilities.\n	Current Positions Available:\n\n	1st\, 2nd and 3rd shifts (all including at least every other weekend)\n\n	Locations: Pardeeville\, Baraboo\, and Reedsburg\n\n	Starting wage of up to $15.20 per hour\, depending on position and experience.\n\n	Benefits are available to those scheduled 30+ hours per week.
