As a community Vendor we would encourage you to come and promote your business to CCI' s 350 employees\, and Community Corrections of Sauk and Columbia County. If you are unable to attend but would like to send promotional items and/or a door prize item for us to give away to our employees you may do so by sending those items to the address listed below. \n\n \n\nVendors may check in starting at 9:00 a.m. and should allow adequate time for check-in\, to be set-up by 10:00 a.m. Entry is via the main administration building entrance. \n\n \n\n \n\n All Vendors must clear the metal detector. Clothing with metal hardware and underwire garments will not pass through the metal detector. \n Please avoid wearing or plan to remove jewelry. Casual Business Dress is encouraged.\n You must have a current\, valid driver's license.\n No items that potentially could be used as weapons of any type are allowed. \n Only essential prescription medications are allowed. \n No metal or glass containers\, personal pagers\, cell phones or any electronic devices are allowed in the institution.\n Any non-clothing item or box must measure 23"W x 16"H at the most to pass thru the X-ray machine. If you would like to ship your demonstration materials in advance of your arrival\, please contact me to make arrangements. \n Laptops will be allowed with prior authorization only. There is no Wi-Fi or internet connection for you to access.\n You may park in either the upper or lower lot wherever there is space available. \n\n \n\n \n\n \n\nWe won't be able to accommodate vendors leaving for lunch. Please plan on staying in the building for the duration of your visit. We will provide a lunch for you or you may bring your own lunch/snacks with you. Many of our employees have lunch scheduled for 11:45-12:30. That should be your heaviest employee traffic at one time. \n\n \n\nMany Vendors bring with them promotional materials and door prizes. Make sure you include those items on your Vendor forms.\n\n \n\nLunch will be provided. Vending machines are available.
