DESCRIPTION:Join us for a Groundbreaking Ceremony at the Holtz Workforce Housing Development.\n\n\n\nTuesday\, March 19th at 1pm \n\nThe groundbreaking will be at the end of Northside Drive\, address is 2900 Northside Drive.\n\nNorthside Drive is the road between the backside of Walmart(shipping and receiving area) and CrossPoint Assembly of God\, just off Hwy CX.  \n\n \nProject Overview:\n\nA residential development providing housing options to employees working at Portage businesses\, primarily but not exclusively manufacturing.  Phase I will include one dormitory style 3-story multi-family building with 81 units. Each unit can accommodate two residents. Each dormitory building will have a laundry facility\, a community space\, and an administrative office. Each dorm floor has community kitchen space.\n\n\n\nFuture phases of the project will include one more dormitory building and five traditional apartment buildings. The traditional apartment buildings will have 16 units each\, with a maximum of two residents per unit.
