DESCRIPTION:The Portage Public Library will host an End of Life Strategy Two-day Workshop on Mondays September 18th and 25th\, from 1:00-2:30pm both days.   \n\n\n\nThis two part class will cover many end of life choices\, from making sure you have a power of attorney to how to write your own obituary\, and a lot of other topics in between.  Our "end of life guide" for this workshop is Mindy Lewis\, who has a well rounded background to help us through this sometimes scary subject\, and to help make sure we are all prepared\, no matter our age or medical condition.
