A Costume Contest will begin at 10am at  Commerce Plaza.  Following the contest\, kids and parents can walk the sidewalks throughout downtown to various businesses to trick or treat. \n\n\n\nThank you to Century 21 Affiliated of Portage for providing the prizes for the Costume Contest.\n\n\n\nThank you to Portage Theatres for providing a treat bag for kids to use to collect candy.
