SUMMARY:Corpus Christi Mass and Celebration
DESCRIPTION:The 100th annual Corpus Christi Mass and procession at Durward's Glen will take place on Sunday\, June 2\, at 12:00 noon.  The Feast of Corpus Christi dates back to 1230 AD.  This feast  is especially meaningful because it is one time when Our Lord in the Blessed Sacrament is exposed not just to faithful Catholics but to everyone present.\n\n\n\nThe mass will be celebrated at the outdoor Holy Family Altar by Fr. Pedro Escribano from the Society of Jesus Christ the Priest.\n\n\n\nThe Knights of Columbus will serve a picnic-style meal of brats\, hot dogs\, potato salad\, beverages and more.  A free will offering will be taken.\n\n\n\nThis is a day filled with tradition and fellowship with friends and neighbors.  It is a day not to be missed at Durward's Glen Retreat Center.
