DESCRIPTION:During the event\, you will get the opportunity to present your products\, services\, company and yourself to other networkers looking to gain similar exposure.  Meet and exchange business cards with a number of other business people.  \n\n\n\nYou will have limited time so make sure you bring business cards to exchange so that you can contact again at a later date.  After the event you will have made a connection with everyone in the room.\n\n\n\nAt the end of the session\, we will have 15 minutes of informal networking so that you can take time to meet again with people that you felt you were building a rapport with.   \n\nTips to prepare for effective speed networking:\n\n\n	\n		Be prepared to give a two minute commercial about yourself and your business.  Think about how you want to describe yourself and your business.  Tell them who you are\, your company\, what your company does and how you can help them.  After you have both spoken with each other and exchanged business cards\, now would be the time to be direct and let the other person know that you would like to meet with them further. \n	\n		Ask about their goals\, opportunities or success stories.  It's best to ask questions that will clarify where and how you can best help them. \n	\n		Be prepared to meet others in your same profession\, since this event is designed to be all inclusive to all businesses.\n	\n		Bring plenty of business cards and a pen so that you can take notes on the back of the card.  Make sure to write at least one thing on the business card about the person you met.\n	\n		Networking only produces good results when it is followed up.  Follow up after the event with whatever way is appropriate for the situation\; phone calls\, emails\, lunches. \n\nCome enjoy yourself while networking with fellow business people. Your RSVP is needed so that adequate seating and materials are available.   Limited space available.
