DESCRIPTION:The Portage Area Chamber of Commerce is offering another way to network with your fellow Chamber members and make those important connections that can help you in your business or career. Bring your business cards\, brochures\, or anything you wish to share with other members.\n\n \n\nLuncheon Information\n\nCome learn about the Portage Center for the Arts and the Capital Campaign that they are working on with upgrades to ensure this great asset in our community will be here years in the future.\n\n\n\nPhase III of their Capital Campaign for Theatre Renovations is in motion and will involve a new backstage wing for enhanced stage access and improved storage\, as well as a remodeled sound and light booth. \n\n \nPhase I brought about a new roof and much less visible structural improvements. Phase II construction\, completed in February 2020\, added improved ADA accessibility on the Adams Street side of the building\, along with an ADA restroom\, enlarged foyer\, and new flooring in the theatre and gallery. The end of May 2022 brought about new LED lighting throughout the PCA\, thanks in part to a grant by the Lenz Charitable Trust.\n\n \n\n\n\n\n\n\nLocation:  Portage Pizza Ranch\n\nTime:  Lunch at 11:30AM\, Presentation at Noon\n\nCost: pay for your lunch at the restaurant \n\nDate: Tuesday\, June 4\, 2024
