Learn all about the Municipal Court and how it positively affects businesses and Portage residents.\n\n \n\nOn May 11\, 2021\, Kindschi was appointed Multi-Jurisdictional Judge by the Endeavor Board of Trustees to fill Hon. Dan Pulfus' term until the next election. On May 13\, 2021\, he was appointed Multi-Jurisdictional Judge by the Portage Common Council to fill Hon. Dan Pulfus' term until the next election.\n\n \n\nOn June 14\, 2021\, he presided over 1st Municipal Court. He was elected to complete Hon. Dan Pulfus' term on April 5\, 2022 and re-elected to begin his own 4-year term on April 4\, 2023. \n\n \n\nKindschi is a retired Investment Advisor following 26 years of experience.
