She also started and ran Checks + Balances\, Inc.\, an accounting consulting business.  Julie recently completed a M.S. in Educational Communications and Technology from UW-Madison.  We encourage Chamber members to attend this informational luncheon.  Bring extra cash for the 50/50 Raffle! The SBDC is funded in part through a cooperative agreement with the U.S. Small Business Administration.
