The presentation will focus on two critical generations being the Baby Boomers and Millennials\, as these generations tend to conflict more than others in values and struggle in maintaining positive working relationships. You will leave this presentation with a better appreciation for each generation's life experiences\, and helpful techniques to engage our youngest generation in the workforce.
