DESCRIPTION:Hey kids! Portage Center for the Arts needs your help! Draw and color a holiday or winter scene and enter it in our Drawing Contest. All entries must be returned to the PCA office by Friday\, December 4\, 2015. Entries will not be returned. Winner will be chosen by our Visual Arts Committee and will be used by PCA as a postcard. One entry per person please. There is a $25 prize. Entries must be submitted on Entry Forms which are available in the office\, and also online at www.portagecenterforthearts.com.
